HR Data Management Trainee (f/m/div)*

Job description

As a Trainee, you will work in close collaboration with the global HR Data Management team. Under the guidance of an assigned mentor, you will be involved in developing new dashboards and reporting solutions and providing high HR Data Quality to different counterparts.

In your new role, you will:

• Analyze HR data & reporting trends;
• Support the development of the global HR Reporting roadmap for HR and business users;
• Create data flow solutions based on Infineon’s needs;
• Support on improving and enhancing existing reporting and analytics dashboards;
• Assist in organizing and moderating several communication formats with different stakeholders;
• Perform ad-hoc support on the team’s daily tasks and operational activities.

You are a structured, proactive and curious young professional who pays attention to detail. You are a team player who easily fosters fruitful collaborations with others and thrives in an international environment.

You are best equipped for this position if you have:

• A degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Data Science or similar fields;
• A sense for numbers, an overall understanding of HR KPIs and the importance of high data quality;
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools - skills in business intelligence and analytics software such as Tableau would be an advantage;
• Previous contact with HR Reporting and Analytics and visualization topics, as a plus.
• Excellent communication, conceptual and analytical skills;
• Fluency in written and spoken English (mandatory), German is a plus.
