As a General Purpose Housekeeper, you will work alongside our team to ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel. We are looking for flexible and dedicated people who enjoy being part of a team.
Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for cleaning and tidying of guest bedrooms to high standard
- Responsible for cleaning and tidying of front of house, drawing rooms, hall-ways, corridors, rest-rooms.
- Responding to guest requests and being proactive with guest needs.
- Reporting any maintenance deficiencies to management.
- Carry out instructions from the management, regarding special cleaning arrangements from time to time.
- Compliant with statutory and legal requirements for Health & Safety, Fire, Hygiene, Licensing and Employment.
Skills, Qualifications & Personal Attributes:
- Previous experience in a similar role. Preferably in a 4-star or 5-star hotel.
- Excellent customer service and engagement.
- Positive "can do " attitude with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Team player with good command of the English language.
