Hotel F&B Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:

Review and evaluate the degree of customer satisfaction to recommend operating policy changes whenever necessary.

Oversee, train and manage the function of all Food and Beverage team members, facilities, sales and costs to ensure maximum departmental performance.

Coordinate with the Kitchen and Chef for the preparation, presentation and service of Food and Beverage products to ensure highest quality at all times.

Enforcement and surveillance of food safety and health standards (ISO, HACCP, etc.) with records and daily controls.

Supervise operation during meal times & process customer complaints.
-
Monitor, analyze, and control all labor and inventory costs.

Coordinate with Sales and Marketing the promotion of the dining outlets and future events and promotions.

Plan, forecast and execute food and beverage orders in cooperation with stores department and department heads

Plan alternative recipes for customers where necessary .
-
Check food and beverage supplies quality of product and source better quality and prices when needed.
Requirements:

Work Experience: At least 4 years in a similar position

Academic Qualifications: Diploma / Degree in the hospitality field

Computer Knowledge: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Languages: English or Greek
