Mission: receive and welcome guests in the restaurant/bar or in other space in the resort.
Department: Bars & Restaurants
- receive and welcome guests in the restaurant;
- direct guests to their tables;
- check for any special needs they may have, if necessary;
- provide necessary assistance to the clients;
- confirm the reservation list and availabilities;
- manage waiting lists and inform guests/clients about estimated waiting times for tables;
- ensure the presence of the menu, which should be clean, presentable, and updated;
- arrange tables and chairs according to needs and special requests;
- ensure the good presentation of the dining area and necessary materials;
- Guarantee excellent service and a pleasant atmosphere during the meal;

manage complaints.
- Previous experience in customer service;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Strong communication skills;
- Strong sense of customer orientation.
Education/Professional Experience:
- Academic degree/professional training in the Hospitality area (or similar).
Language Skills:
- Good communication skills in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
Professional Experience:
- Previous experience in the F&B Service Department.
- Salary to be agreed upon in the interview and taking into account experience and skills.
