We currently have vacancies for Healthcare Assistants at Haven Bay Care Centre, Kinsale, co. Cork. 

Haven Bay Care Centre is an award winning nursing home/care centre providing residential care to older persons in the beautiful town of Kinsale in co. Cork. Haven Bay aims to promote quality of life and independence through professional and friendly services. 

Our objectives are to provide the highest standard of care whilst continually aiming to develop through innovation, training and commitment. 

Key Responsibilities: Assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring their personal care needs are met while upholding the highest standards of care. Foster a harmonious and welcoming atmosphere for residents, their families, visitors, staff, and volunteers. Respect and support residents' individual preferences and choices.  

Munkaköri követelmények

Fair level of English.

Flexibility with work schedule.

 

Előnyt jelent

Previous experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous but not mandatory; comprehensive training will be provided. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. A compassionate and patient-centred approach to care.
