For the summer season, we are looking for a Head Waiter to join our strong team. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Ensure staff works as a team while making sure guests needs are being met. Directs staff and delegates task to ensure all duties are completed Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets. Generate a positive team spirit. Listen to employees concerns and make sure harmony is maintained in support of achieving common goals. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Develop and implement new ways to increase efficiency and productivity.

Munkaköri követelmények

EXPECTATIONS:

  • Must know a Scandinavian language, as well as English. If you can speak Spanish it is also an advantage.
  • Vocational certificate in catering or tourism is good, but related experience can be good enough.
  • You must be structured and work independently, but also in a team.
  • Must be able to work weekends.

You can choose to work full or part time.
