Your tasks
Commissioning and further development of switch boards with SiC switches and PIN diodes for a fully electronic, virtually stepless RF transformation network for load matching in the RF range
Design and commissioning of driver circuits for the switch boards
Integration of the developed components into the device and conducting qualification tests
Supporting series launch and optimization for the production process

Experience
In-depth knowledge of power electronics, particularly switching power supplies and high-frequency technology
Experience in the development and commissioning of electronic circuits
Confident use of measurement technology for the analysis and optimization of electronic systems
Very good written and spoken German skills and basic English skills
Structured and solution-oriented approach
