Guest Experience Expert
Job description:
- Working directly with guests with an emphasis on providing high-class professional services
- Providing guests with information about hotel facilities, services, accommodation and events and activities in the resort and destination
- Actively contributing to guest satisfaction and department goals and is focusing on a proactive approach to guests to exceed their expectations
- Analyzing guest reviews and ensuring that they are answered in a timely manner
- Assisting in reception work when needed
Required knowledge and skills:
- Higher education / university degree, work experience in the same or similar jobs is desirable
- Communicativeness, kindness, conscientiousness
- Flexibility of business needs
- Cooperation and willingness to work in a team
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office suite)
- Excellent knowledge of English, preferably knowledge of German
