Gallery Teamleader (Teamleader Service)

In this role you will be responsible to provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service in order to create a memorable guest experience in the Gallery. At Hyatt Place, our Gallery Hosts are multifunctional and work in the restaurant, banquet area and reception.

As a Team Leader you’re responsible for:

• work towards achieving the customer satisfaction survey scores set for the Gallery department
• the planning of all operational processes in the gallery
• training, educating and coaching the Gallery Hosts to ensure they deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times
• maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships
• the complete guest experience by seamlessly providing service in all outlets, including the Gallery Market, the restaurant, bar and the servicing of the meeting rooms
• respond quickly to guest requests or complaints in a friendly manner and ensures appropriate action is taken. Follows up to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements:

• We are looking for a candidate ideally in a similar position in a comparable hotel operation. We expect a minimum of 2 years experience, preferably in both Front Office and Food & Beverage departments.
• You are a good trainer and able to multitask
• Able to provide genuine guest service with a smile
• You have good German and English language skills
