Zeus International is looking for front office manager for our hotels outside Athens. Our hotels are located in the following areas: Vravrona, Mati, Eretria, Chalkidiki, Crete and Kos.

Munkaköri követelmények

Ensuring the smooth operation of the reception section.

Direct and effective customer service

Mandatory previous working experience in a similar position in 4- or 5-star hotels

Excellent knowledge of Greek and English ​1​(oral and written) - knowledge of a second language will be considered an additional qualification

Professional appearance and behaviour

Creating a climate of trust between the hotel and customers / Maintaining personal customer privacy.

Mandatory knowledge of the Protel system.

Management, Organization, and training of the reception department.

Management and resolution of requests and complaints.
