knowhow to grow further. In order to take our success further in the machining industry we are looking for:
FIELD AUTOMATION EXPERTS
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ You are responsible for the commissioning of
robot cells installed on existing or new CNC
machines.
+ You provide on-site training to the users and you
offer (telephone) assistance and quick support in
case of questions and/or problems. In this way
you ensure that customers are well-informed
and are able to work with the installations
without problem.
+ In order to keep everything on track, you
regularly coordinate with the installation
technicians and suppliers of the CNC machines.
+ You prepare the ‘commissioning reports’. As
soon as you have been adequately trained and
familiarised, you will work as an ‘Automation
Expert’ in a rotating system in which you
alternately provide telephone assistance or
‘on-site’ support at clients abroad, usually in
England, France or Germany.
+These trips last an average of two days and
almost always take place during the working
week so that the weekends remain free as much
as possible.
PROFILE:
You possess a diploma in industrial engineering
and electromechanics
You are young and ambitious and your passion
is resolving technical issues;
You are stress-resistant, eager to learn and
structured in your work;
You communicate easily and pleasantly. You are
also able to listen carefully and then analyse
the information;
You are self-assured, customer-oriented and
sufficiently assertive;
You are technically strong, especially in the field
of electricity and PLC, and you are familiar with
CNC machines;
You are a real go-getter and problem solver;
You are fluent in English and have a solid basic
knowledge of German and French;
You do not have a 9-to-5 mentality and you like
to come in contact with different people in differ-
ent cultures;
You are familiar with communication techniques
and software;
You are willing to make foreign trips on a regular
basis.
