As an F&B Operations Manager you are responsible for developing and managing our F&B Team and organizing structured, smooth and efficient F&B processes, reporting to our F&B Manager. You are a host and contact person for our guests and employees regarding all F&B operations matters und you are present within our several outlets during our service hours working actively with your team. 
The coordination of hygiene standards and health regulations, feedback management, preparation of events and banquets, management of F&B stock & inventory are also your tasks. Beside this, you are responsible for the organizational planning of the F&B department on the basis of weekly planning incl. shift planning of your team. Additional taks include the calculation of wine, drinks & food menus with our F&B Manager and cash register management and control.

We look forward to getting to know you if you have completed a training in the gastronomy sector,  although passion, charm and commitment are more important to us. We are looking for a team player with initial management experience, who also enjoys responsibility and has an organizational talent, a good time management and a high level of quality awareness.
