What will your position be?

 

The Facilities Manager is responsible for the management of services and processes that support the core business of the company. They ensure the most suitable working environment for its employees and their activities by working in both strategic planning and day-to-day operations in relation to buildings, premises and apartments.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • ensuring the building and apartments meets health and safety requirements and that facilities comply with legislation;
  • using performance management techniques to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed service levels and to lead on improvement;
  • directing, coordinating and planning essential central services such as reception, security, maintenance and cleaning;
  • calculating and comparing costs for required goods or services to achieve maximum value for money;
  • planning for future development in line with strategic business objectives;
  • planning best allocation and utilization of space and resources for new buildings, or re-organizing current premises.

 

Who are we looking for?

 

Mandatory Requirements:*

  • Electrotechnical or Mechanical Engineering Degree;
  • Proven Electrical Project Management experience;
  • Proven AVAC Knowledge;
  • Previous experience in facilities management;
  • 3 years minimum of team management experience;
  • Fluency in English.

 

Preferable Requirements:

  • Audit Certifications;
  • Safety and Health CAP, level 6;
  • Supplier Relationship Management experience.
