What is the challenge?
As Educators, you will be responsible for ensuring children's safety while creating a fun and positive play space for children, based on the standards and values of the Mitsis Group.
Powers
They are responsible for the effective and immediate implementation of the Operational Standards (SOPs) related to the department and the specific job, creating a pleasant and fun environment, complying with the Group's regulations, Health & Safety rules and environmental requirements. Indicative:
- They organize and execute the daily activities of the mini club.
- They pick up and drop off children according to the procedures of Mitsis Hotels and are responsible for their safety throughout their stay at the mini club.
- They implement the approved activities of the mini club and ensure the active participation and satisfaction of children.
- They take care of the department's supplies orders.
- They prepare and execute the mini disco program.
- Report any equipment failures to their department of responsibility.
Also participating:
- In recreational activities of the hotel.
- In works for the beginning and end of the operation of the department.
- In trainings of the department.
Necessary Qualifications
- Degree in Kindergarten Teacher / Nursery Nurse TE
- Professional experience
- Communication skills
- Ability to collaborate as a team.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good computer knowledge
- Good knowledge of English and German will be considered an additional qualification
