Customer Support Specialist - Multilingual (m/f) -Porto

Currently and with this in mind, we’re recruiting Customer Support Specialists (m/f) to assist and support the entire eCommerce process of this brand. This assistance includes providing phone, chat and email support for who have order status questions or require changes to their initial orders. You’ll be responsible for representing one of the biggest brand of consumer electronics .
What do you need to have?
- Proficiency in English, both written and oral production and one of the following languages:
- Danish
- Norwegian
- German
- Dutch
- Italian
- Czech
- Hungarian
- Russian
- French
- Spanish
- Excellent communication skills;
- Proactivity and dynamism;
- Strong results and customer orientation.
