CRM Application Manager - SI

The CRM Application Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce applications within an organization. This role ensures that Salesforce solutions align with business objectives and deliver maximum value to users.

Application Development and Project Management: Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and are delivered on time.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure that Salesforce solutions align with business goals.

Team Leadership: Manage a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.

System Integration: Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.

Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and performance of Salesforce applications.

User Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users, and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of Salesforce applications.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement enhancements to optimize the use of Salesforce within the organization.

At least two of the following certifications: 

Salesforce Administrator: This certification demonstrates a solid understanding of Salesforce configuration and management.

Salesforce Platform App Builder: This certification covers the fundamentals of custom application development on the Salesforce platform.

Salesforce Platform Developer I: This certification is beneficial for understanding the development and deployment of custom applications.

Salesforce Application Architect: Focuses on the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions

Salesforce Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect: This certification focuses on the best practices for managing the development and deployment lifecycle on Salesforce

Extensive experience in Salesforce application development and management.
Proven track record of successfully planning and leading global team test sessions. 
Working Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile Life Cycles methodologies.
Working Knowledge of ERP systems, Oracle, SAP, Netsuite, Epicor.
Demonstrated ability to deliver results while working on multiple projects simultaneously, balancing resources, timing and quality of outcomes.
