- Prepare cost estimates for solar PV projects, including materials, labor, and equipment;
- Analyze project specifications, and other documents to determine costs;
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to develop accurate and competitive bids;
- Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations;
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and risk factors;
- Assist in budget preparation and financial planning for projects;
Munkaköri követelmények
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cost estimation in construction;
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Project);
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills;
- Fluency in English / German (one of both).
