Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un Cost Controller H/F, pour un poste basé en France. Des déplacements en Europe et au Nigéria sont à prévoir.
ECP (Euro Contrôle Project) is a service provider specialize in project and management control. We are involved in several international projects of development and construction in the energy sector (oil and gas, nuclear, ...). We are looking for a Cost Controller H/F, for an oil and gas project. The job is based in Paris with frequent missions to the project worksites in Europe and Nigeria.
Your missions will :
- to prepare and compile detailed budgets and set up a suitable cost-reporting structure in accordance with project and company requirements.
- to follow up commitments, invoice processing, work orders, time sheets, etc., comparing these with the validated budget.
- to assist with the compilation of Call For Tenders,evaluate contractor claims and change orders
- to work closely with Project Management Team on Contractual and Project Progress issues
- to coordinate the detailed preparation of the project budget with input from various members of the project team
- to control budget availability for each commitment
- to process invoices in accordance with existing procedures
- to establish a suitable cost-reporting structure, with comments and proposed corrective measures, for project management
Skills and qualifications :
• Independent, pro-active, and flexible;
• Proficiency in Excel
• Very good command of French (oral and written)
