Cooks (chefs and sous-chefs)
We are an international group which has the most luxury hotels, award-winning golf resorts and leading boutiques. In Portugal we have Dona Filipa Hotel and Penina Hotel & Golf Resort five-star hotels in the heart of the Algarve and three golf courses.
We are recruiting a Cook - Chefs and Sous-Chefs for our team.
Day-to-day function:
- Prepare the kitchen mise en place
- Collaborate in the preparation of meals served at our outlets
- Collaborate in the preparation of breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets
- Collaborate in cleaning the work area
- Assist with other kitchen tasks
• Previous experience in kitchen service
• Team spirit
