Your Tasks:
• Monthly, quarterly and annual closing (SAP, specializations);
• Annual planning and deviations analysis;
• Accounting ledger data classification and correction;
• Elaboration and continuous improvement of the financial reporting for control and decision support;
• Coordination and co-execution of inventories;
• Monitoring the level and accuracy of stocks and defining their corrective actions;
• Monitoring financial indicators;
• Continuous cost optimization analysis;
• Support and control of the Administrative / Financial process of maintenance of work plans and BOM;
• Monitoring the asset in progress;
• Support in the annual closing; Audit support for statutory certification of accounts;
• Support in the definition and monitoring of the internal organization and interaction between departments and headquarters in Germany, assuring the interface;
• Implementation and monitoring of internal control measures;
• Monitoring KPI’s;
• Support in the definition and decisions of the financial procedures in the SAP system;
• Interface for external entities in administrative / financial matters;
• Adequacy between national and group standards in the accounting and administrative aspects;
• Other tasks in the position.
Your Skills:
• University graduation in Management, Economics, or similar;
• Preferable more than 5 years’ experience in a similar role;
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment;
• Proactive, self-confident and open-minded personality;
• Strong organizational and planning skills;
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Proficiency in MS-Office applications;
• SAP Knowledge – preferable.
