About your role 

As a Visual Content Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for ensuring a consistent and visually appealing presentation of content—whether it's in a PowerPoint, on our website, or in marketing materials—without needing a degree in graphic design.

You'll work with internal stakeholders to design and develop outstanding visual materials for internal and external use, and contribute to clear, engaging written content when needed.

On top of that, together with the person responsible, you’ll have a key role in planning and coordinating marketing deliverables for our various events worldwide.

Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following tasks:

  • PowerPoint presentations: Creating professional, visually sharp slides based on existing content — with a strong focus on layout, visual storytelling, and design.
  • Content creation: You’re able to support with content writing and communication alongside visual work.
  • Event coordination: Planning, coordinating, and executing events.
  • Ad hoc tasks: May include coordination of translations with our regions and marketing materials in collaboration with the marketing team.

When you join Continia in this role, you'll become part of a marketing team, consisting of 11 dedicated colleagues located in Denmark, Germany, and the US.

About you 

We’re looking for someone with a flair for graphic layout and visual communication — someone with a strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail, who also enjoys juggling a broad range of coordinating tasks.

There is no single educational path that leads to this role, but we expect a bachelor’s degree as a minimum.

Most importantly, the candidate must have a solid understanding of visual communication and a genuine passion for working with PowerPoint.

The ideal candidate has profound experience with:

  • 3+ years of experience with design and building of PowerPoint presentations at a high, visual level.
  • Creative, responsible and driven with a passion for designing and developing visual communication across formats.
  • A structured approach and a proactive mindset — someone who gets things done and thrives in a coordinating role, acting as a connector between people and tasks.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Self-driven with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong people and communication skills.
