Conference & Events Sales Manager
- You will work directly with the Director and Assistant C&E Director.
- You are co-responsible for maximising all hotel revenues by optimising the overall hotel occupancy in the conference, room and F&B areas.
- You are always working on actively selling our Conference & Event offer
- You will be responsible for ensuring that events run smoothly and that our customers and guests are well looked after
- You will ensure that the high standards guests have come to expect from Hilton are maintained and improved at all times
- You review guest satisfaction after events
- You handle feedback skilfully and solve challenges professionally and on your own responsibility
- You enjoy supporting young talents (e.g. our great apprentices) in their learning process and making sure they always feel comfortable
- A completed vocational training in the hotel/event sector or a comparable qualification
- Initial experience in a comparable position
- A communicative, open personality
- Natural sales talent and know how to convince our demanding guests of our product
- Structured way of working, reliability, enjoy working with international customers and colleagues
- Very good manners
- Fluent German and English
