We are actively recruiting for a Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Spe¬cialist with focus on global mobility and international tax complian¬ce. You will work at headquarters in Allerød as part of our C&B team which currently includes 3 employees who support our global opera¬tions in more than 28 countries. THE JOB As C&B Specialist you will have an independent job with your own area of responsibility. You will have close contact to employees, line managers and HR Managers as well as external service providers. Your main responsibilities will include: • Global mobility: Administration of expatriates and international assignments (contracts, remuneration, mobility coordination etc.) • Tax compliance: Coordination, administration and project ma¬nagement of tax compliance worldwide for expatriates and cross boarder field staff • Various C&B related projects • Contribution to the development and preparation of company policies and guidelines for global mobility and tax compliance THE CANDIDATE • The preferred candidate has the following profile: • Relevant education, preferably a master’s degree • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with HR, global mobility, tax compliance, employment law and international C&B • A hands-on, analytical and practical approach to tasks • A service-minded team-player who at the same time has the ability to work independently • Ability to work within established standards and guidelines and at the same time contribute to process improvements • Fluent in English WE OFFER Working with Welltec® means challenges and personal development in a demanding work environment.
