COMMIS CHEFS
To prepare cook and serve any food delegated as his responsibility ensuring that the highest possible quality and hygiene is maintained and that agreed standards of food preparation and presentation are met at all times.
The Ideal candidate should possess:
- At least one year practical experience in a hotel or restaurant
- Relative education in the sector
- Passion for food
- A valid food handling licence.
A secondary school diploma is preferred.
Ability to follow instruction from her superiors.
Previous hotel-related experience desired but training will be given to those candidates who are interested to learn.
