The Yeatman is a luxurious wine hotel with stunning views over the city of Porto and the Douro River, recognized as a distinctive landmark in the world of luxury hotels.

We are looking for a Commercial Promoter for Groups and Events (M/F/D) to join our Commercial Department.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Research market trends and respective segments;
  • Analyze the market and sales statistics;
  • Present and promote products/services to current and potential clients through contacts, visits, and meetings;
  • Prepare group contracts and proformas;
  • Manage and develop client portfolios in existing and new market segments;
  • Ensure proper follow-up throughout all stages of the sales process;
  • Meet predefined sales objectives;
  • Organize trade fairs, book flights, and attend meetings;
  • Develop menus and signage;
  • Oversee group and event billing;

  • Prepare periodic reports on commercial activities.

Munkaköri követelmények

Requirements:

  • Academic background in Hospitality/Tourism;
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Sales Executive;
  • Fluency in Portuguese;
  • Fluency in English and preferably other foreign languages;
  • Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills;
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities;
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills;
  • Flexibility and availability to work weekends and variable schedules.
