We are looking for a skilled and experienced CNC operator for our customer company in Kaavi
The company specializes in the manufacture of large and intricately shaped fuel and hydraulic oil tanks. The material thickness ranges from 3 to 40mm, with sheet sizes ranging from 1500 to 3000mm. Different sizes of details depending on the needs (small batches, and sometimes even single parts). The workplace is located 60 km from Kuopio.
The ideal candidate should be familiar with operating a Bystronic BySmart Fiber series machine with a 6 kW cutting power. The machine table measures 3000×1500 mm and is equipped with BySoft Cell Control for ease of operation, featuring various user-friendly functions from nozzle changing to beam quality selection. The Parameter Wizard application enables the creation of cutting parameters with the assistance of artificial intelligence. Additionally, the machine automates sheet positioning and nozzle focusing. Material handling is facilitated through automation, including the ByTower storage system and the ByTrans Extended loading/unloading robot.
Knowledge of Finnish/English language skills is required.
