Client Support Specialist (Finnish or Swedish)
Your job will be answering customers IT questions and solving their problems via e-mail or phone, registering the problems to the system and forwarding them to a top-level specialist.
YOU ARE A PERSON WITH:

Very good written and verbal English and Finnish or Swedish language;

Problem solving and communication skills;

Customer support experience or computer skills;

The desire and interest to work and develop in the IT-field;
