
CHEFS (VARIOUS LEVELS)
The selected applicants will be involved in the overall activities of the kitchen operation and in the preparation and presentation of the different plates served at all outlets and banquets according to our quality standards.
Hilton Malta is currently looking to recruit Chefs for various levels, including Chef de Partie, Demi Chef de Partie and Commis Chef to join their team on a part/full-time basis.
The Role:

We are looking for candidates who: Enjoy working in a professional, fast-paced, high-volume environment, where high standards, attention to detail, and exceptional quality are of utmost importance Are team players, have a positive attitude toward guests’ satisfaction, and possess the right flair and creativity Take ownership and accountability of their work and use innovation and effective communication to drive business success Hotel brigade experience, preferably in a four or five-star environment, will be considered an asset.
