CHEF DE PARTIE
Job description
A great opportunity has arisen within Hilton Malta for chefs who want to succeed within a five star hotel environment at the level of Chef De Partie. Forming part of our renowned kitchen brigade, the position entails participation in the overall activity of the kitchen operation. The selected candidates would be involved in the food preparation and presentation of the different dishes served within all our outlets and banquets.
Requirements
Fluency in English
A neat personal appearance
Charisma and customer care skills
An eye for detail
An individual that takes initiative
We are looking for candidates who enjoy working in a professional environment, where high standards, attention to detail and exceptional quality is of utmost importance.
The selected applicants would be team players, have a positive attitude towards guest satisfaction and possess the right flair and creativity.
Experience at a similar level and within a five star environment would be looked upon favourably.

Salary
Gross monthly salary varies between €1,118.07 and €1,500.95
