
Business Development Manager
Sesé is a global logistics and supply chain company with over 14,000 professionals in 18+ countries.
This position can be based in Zaragoza, Madrid, or Barcelona (Spain).
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our transport division. The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Prospecting the market and acquiring new clients through commercial visits and service presentations.
- Preparing competitive and attractive commercial offers and tenders aligned with company pricing strategy.
- Collaborating with internal departments to analyze and develop transport proposals.
- Managing relationships with potential clients and guiding them through the sales process.
- Quoting and negotiating prices with suppliers, agents, and clients.
- Meeting individual sales targets and new business objectives.
- Building client loyalty by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Monitoring the fulfillment of agreed conditions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Recording sales activity, production issues, and market trends in the CRM.
- Researching and developing new products and services.
- Advanced Vocational Training or University Degree in International Trade.
- Knowledge of the freight transport sector.
- Knowledge of air and sea freight products.
- Knowledge of the dynamic B2B sales process.
- Own client portfolio.
- Availability to travel to clients and kick-off meetings.
Experience:
- At least 3–5 years of experience in a similar position within the transport sector.
