Mission: Ensure the reception of guests according to the standards of quality and consistency of service, for luxury resort.
Job Summary:
- Receive and greet the guest in a polite and warm manner;
- Direct guests to their rooms;
- Transporting luggage to the rooms;
- Provide information about the resort as well as information regarding available services;
- Support reception whenever necessary.
Munkaköri követelmények
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Strong communication skills;
- Strong sense of customer orientation;
- Good appearance;
- Driving license.
Education/Professional Experience:
-
Academic degree/professional training in the Hospitality area (or similar);
Előnyt jelent
- Previous experience as bellboy member (preferably)
- Good communication skills in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
