Mission: Manage the beach and pool area; Satisfy needs and requests of guests according to the standards of quality and consistency of service.
Department: Sports & Leisure
Job Summary:
- Greet the guest in a polite and warm manner;
- Distribute towels and mattresses in the beach/pool area;
- Supervise the beach/pool area to ensure compliance with safety regulations;
- Ensuring the cleanliness, configuration and security of all areas and facilities;
- Satisfy needs of guests within the beach/pool area.
Munkaköri követelmények
- Previous experience in customer service;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Strong communication skills;
- Strong sense of customer orientation;
- Good appearance;
- Driving license.
Education:
- Academic degree/professional training in the Hospitality area (or similar);
Language Skills:
- Good communication skills in Portuguese and English (mandatory).

Professional Experience:
Previous experience as pool attendant (preferably).
