BARMAN in a 5-star hotel. Duties/skills required
• Hotel school diploma (mandatory);
• Mixology or hospitality management certifications are welcome;
• Excellent command of classic and modern mixing techniques;
• In-depth knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines, bitters and soft drinks;
• Coffee shop and breakfast service skills;
• Management of digital orders and use of POS systems;
• Application of HACCP regulations;
• Stock management, inventory and reordering;
• Food pairing skills and innovative cocktail presentation;
• Experience in room service, events and banqueting in luxury settings;
• Basic sommelier skills.
