For our department in Product Integrity (PI) handling Major Warranty Projects we are looking for an ambitious Assistant Project Manager. In PI we provide Project Management of R&D projects including RCA, 8D and DMAIC reporting, Immediate Corrective Action, and solution development including factory and field implementation/execution of large scale complex Projects of category C/B cross border, cross customer’s and cross organizational units in a global setup to increase customer satisfaction.

 

What are my responsibilities?

  • Assist Project Managers and Program Managers in executing projects and programs
  • Set up projects and execute tasks according to our rules and guidelines
  • Hands on regarding coordinating supplies and deliveries, dispatch of materials and goods etc.
  • Assist on reports and investigations, corporation with all parties etc.
  • Coordinate and communicate all relevant information’s to relevant parties in due time
  • Being a sparring partner to the organization and colleagues on all levels etc.
  • Ad hoc tasks

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • You have an educational background as a Bc or Ms in engineering or similar
  • You have +3 years experience in supporting Project Managers and Program Managers in executing R&D and /or Customer construction projects
  • Preferably you are have some kind of project management certification i.e. IPMA D certified or similar
  • You have experience and knowledge from working in a complex matrix organization, cross borders, cross customers, cross organizational units, with vendors and suppliers and not least customers
  • You have excellent IT skills (e.g. MS Office, MS Project, SAP, Share Point, KRIMA, Six Sigma Yellow belt)
  • You take ownership and own your project(s) tasks and are good at communication and informing relevant parties on all levels, good collaboration / cooperation skills
  • You like to assist and support Project Managers and Program Managers on projects ad tasks and corporate with internal and external parties/stakeholders
  • You have technical and commercial flair
  • You have a structured approach in your daily work with all parties and tasks in a fast moving environment in a complex organization
  • You are reliable and trustworthy
  • You have a good sense of humour and an extrovert personality
  • You possess excellent English skills both orally and in writing
