As Assistant Manager, you’ll work closely with the owners and current general manager to oversee daily operations across bar and restaurant service. You’ll be involved in everything from front-of-house management and team motivation to service excellence and customer experience.

Experience & Skills
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality role
- Strong understanding of bar operations, customer service, and food & beverage standards
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and train a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of stock control, cash handling, and health & safety compliance
- Comfortable using POS systems and basic Microsoft Office / digital tools
