Evaluation, development and validation of after-treatment performance and diagnostic controls to meet future emission regulations Resolution of field issues and realization of solutions in close cooperation with internal and external development partners Analysis of field performance, development of analytical toolchain, evaluation of testing, and documentation Application support for customer vehicle related after-treatment applications in corporation with after sales department Collaboration in project teams

you need:

  • Bachelor or Master degree on mechanical engineering with specialization on internal combustion technology or control systems (specialization is a must have unless candidate has relevant experience with internal combustion technology or control systems)
  • Detailed knowledge in the field of thermodynamics, combustion and control engineering.
  • Practical experience on diesel engine – emission after-treatment with basic knowledge on hardware and software
  • Structured working approach in development of solutions for complex technical problems
  • Good English skills combined with willingness to learn Dutch
