GN ReSound develops hearing instruments and accessories to increase quality of life for our customers living with a hearing loss. Hearing instruments today are becoming more and more complex as the connectivity opportunities increases. Early in 2014 GN Resound launched the first Made for iPhone enabled hearing instrument, accompanied by an iPhone app to control the hearing instrument directly from an iPhone. This exciting journey continues, and now we want to strengthen the mobile app development team even more.
Your job, influence, challenge and fun
You will be part of a dynamic team of UX and SW developers responsible for creating our apps for iOS and Android devices. As Android developer you will develop Android apps with connectivity to our hearing instruments to help our hearing instrument users to get even more benefit from their hearing instruments.

• Apps software development for Android devices in Java
• All phases of software development; requirement analysis, architecture design, implementation and test

Qualifications and experience
• Master or bachelor degree within engineering
• Experience and general interest in mobile apps development for Android
• Systematic approach to problem solving, documentation and testing
• Passionate about quality, usability and the use of best practices, methodologies and modern tools
• Knowledge about BTLE in Android devices will be an advantage
• Excellent English language skills, in both speech and writing
