Design Estimator
- Transition projects in our timber frame portfolio from initial tender to project handover to the design team
- Prepare detailed quotations in line with customer needs with the confidence to propose alternative solutions
- Ensure all designs have been risk assessed, value engineered, and meet building regulations.
SHEQ Officer (on site construction)
- Support the development, coordination and implementation of the Company’s policies and procedures in relation to Safety, Health, Environment and Quality across our Timber Frame portfolio.
- Active engagement, consultation and partnership with clients, contractors and subcontractors on SHEQ matters.
- Site-specific documentation and on-site supervision of safety and quality matters
- Manage, monitor and review risk and compliance, reporting on key metrics
Senior Designer
- Translate architectural drawings into viable, cost effective and quality design solutions that are compliant with industry standards and meet our customer needs
- Show commitment to value engineering all designs for manufacture and construction, with the ability to improve and enhance software generated designs as required
- Work on multiple projects, build positive relationships and manage competing demands of stakeholders, often within tight deadlines.
- Mentor trainee designers to master your unique and specialized craft.
Trainee Designer
- Use your passion for maths, puzzles and logical thinking to gain a skill that you won't find in any textbook or course.
- Be client focused, and prepared to turn someone's dream home into reality.
- Familiarity with technical drawing, construction or graphic design an advantage
