Domenico Mazzella, class of 72, is a visionary entrepreneur who has built his project with a lived experience in the restaurant industry since he was a teenager and with a great passion for travel that has motivated him to visit 50 countries around the world and then to bring to Monte di Procida and to his location "pieces" and "experiences" of each explored territory. Especially passionate about IT, he transfers state-of-the-art high-tech know-how to his company with a complex home automation system present throughout the facility and the best audio - lighting systems on the market. Every day there is a continuous and unstoppable evolution: IT knows no break, because of the speed of progress and innovation in the field. 
Very active in the associative life of Monte di Procida and Campi Flegrei, he has always been a reference point as an entrepreneur for cultural activities, events and promotion of the territory. 
In recent years he has been experiencing an important entrepreneurial transition: from restaurateur and event leader to hotelier, thus completing the 360-degree guest experience: from food and wine to territory, from event to business or leisure stay. 
In 2019, he launched with 50 other Phlegraean entrepreneurs the business network "Campi Flegrei Active, a territorial aggregation project promoted and coordinated by Federalberghi Campi Flegrei for the establishment of an entity to perform Destination Management functions for the entire Phlegraean territory.

In December 2022, it supported as a founding partner the establishment of the Pro Loco of Monte di Procida, which aims to promote the territory in such an important year for the municipality, being named "European City of Sport 2023."

In 2022, he participates with the contribution of Al Chiar di Luna in the project "Authentic Monte di Procida," the territory told by the people who live it. This project for Monte di Procida was awarded Innovation 2022 by SMAU for its impact on the territory and innovative use of crowdfunding as a tool for territorial development and marketing.
