About the Role:
As an international recruitment consultant, you will carry out the recruitment and selection activity, seeking a good understanding of the client's needs and requirements. You will actively use the best methodologies and instruments, from the recruitment phase to candidate selection.
Your Responsibilities:
- Responsible for development, implementation, and administration of recruitment programs and assure a professional recruiting process.
- Receive, screen and file incoming resumes. Do a thorough background and references checks.
- Conduct interviews with prospective applicants.
- Assist with recommendations to hiring manager on candidate hire.
- Liaise with the team to help develop and implement innovative, creative, and proactive recruitment strategies that are appropriate for their business needs and consistent with the organization's overall HR strategy.
- Maintain consistent standards for all applicants and ensures compliance with all local rules and regulations related to hiring and recruiting.
- Promote the Company image to candidates and external service providers.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s degree, preferentially, or 12th grade.
- Excellent level of English and Turkish (eliminatory) fluency in other languages is valued.
- Dynamic attitude and good communication skills.
- Creativity and commitment towards results.
