IT Company located in Milan Area, is seraching for 2 TELECOMMUNICATIONS ASSISTANTS to install and configure desktop and laptop PCs, smartphones and printers, create and manage users via Active Directory, set up workstations (IMAC Install, Move, Add and Change services), moving user workstation technology, warehouse management, hardware and software inventory management, first response for switch and Wi-Fi equipment, user support for video conferencing, first response for printers, photocopiers and telephones.
IDEAL PROFILE: High school diploma, professional training in information systems, B1/B2 English language skills, B2 Italian Language mandatory, 2 years' previous experience in the IT sector in the required professional role, knowledge of Windows 7/10 and Linux operating systems, basic installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Office 2016 and Office 365, basic knowledge of Active Directory for user and network management, knowledge of Windows remote control tools, troubleticketing tools, establishing FTP/SFTP connections
WORKING HOURS AND NATIONAL COLLECTIVE LABOUR AGREEMENT: Fixed-Terms, Full time, 40 hours per week on shifts from 7.30am to 9.30pm, Mon-Fri + Sat on shifts - Commerce
SALARY: Commensurate with the candidate's experience
