We are currently seeking a skilled Technician to join our team at Westvlees. As a Technician, you will play a vital role in performing technical repairs, maintenance, and installations to ensure the smooth operation of our equipment and systems.
- Conduct diagnostic tests, troubleshoot, and repair equipment malfunctions or failures
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, cleaning, and calibration
- Collaborate with other team members to identify technical issues and develop effective solutions
- Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure compliance with regulations throughout all repair and maintenance activities
- Collaborate with external vendors or contractors for specialized repairs or installations, as necessary
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, answering questions and resolving technical issues
Determine the conditions and modalities for interventions on electrical installations or equipment and prepare tools
Locate and diagnose a defect or malfunction of electrical origin or unregulated situations
Determine what repairs are needed to the electrical system or equipment and locate the defective parts
Disassemble, replace or repair the parts of the carrier (housing, cabinets, cover, etc.)
Perform preliminary tests before putting the electrical system or equipment into operation
Checking the electrical insulation and detecting the origin of current leaks
