For our Maritime & Aviation Solutions (MAS) department in Service Wind Power we are looking for a Technical Project Manager to manage the tender of assets used for servicing globally our wind turbines offshore. MAS is committed to ensuring competitive offshore solutions. We supply tailor-made, efficient and innovative offshore logistical solutions and develop new offshore logistical concepts involving various vessel and helicopter types.

What are my responsibilities?

Managing internal Customer Service projects, i.e.: Obtaining the goals and deliveries for the preparation project(s), ensuring that the tendered maritime assets and logistical setup (for Service Operation Vessels, Crew Transfer Vessels, Helicopters, Airfields etc.) is prepared, internally and externally approved, mobilized to the future operation and delivered on time in cooperation and full alignment with the different stakeholders. Risk management, planning financial controlling, reporting and conducting lessons learned as well as ensuring continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing with the remaining Service organization. Participating in the negotiation and planning of projects to ensure the achievement of the project goals at an early stage.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

You have a Master’s degree within marine engineering, engineering, project management or equivalent and you can demonstrate +5 years of experience within project management of large-scale projects. Preferably you also have experience with maritime or aviation assets and logistics. You have a strong process understanding and you know how to drive projects according to professional PM methodologies, you can take ownership and are able to provide stakeholders with peace of mind. You are self-driven, a strong motivator, reliable and trust-worthy. You work analytically and structured and always strive to reach your goals and meet deadlines. Furthermore you are a strong communicator and stakeholder manager who possesses excellent English skills both orally and in writing. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
