Talent Development Manager (f/m) (10000-1151287718-S)
The Talent Development Manager is responsible for the long term growth and retention of employees in a varied and talented game development studio. Day to day responsibilities include:
• Manage performance review process
• Support discipline leads for assessing and awarding promotions
• Nurture and develop leadership training inside the company
• Coach employees to unlock performance
• Support and develop career goals of employees through 1-on-1 discussions
• Develop and improve company-wide employee benefit programs
• Work with studio management team to develop and maintain an official job ladder
• Participate in recruiting and compensation activities (e.g. candidate selection, salary review)
Requirements
• 6+ years relevant experience in human resources-related fields
• University degree in human resources, organizational development or related business discipline or equivalent experience
• Coaching certification is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, including influencing and relationship-building across functions
• Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions/recommendations and provide educated/expert level consultation and guidance on talent management practices
• Knowledge of game development and experience in multimedia industry is a plus
