Summerjobs – Hotel Rauðaskriða

Summer is approaching and we need to hire fun and active people to work with us next summer.  Hotel Rauðaskriða is a family-run 3 star country-hotel, located in North Iceland, between Akureyri and Husavik.  It has 38 rooms and an “a la Carte” restaurant with 60 seats.  Hotel Rauðaskriða is one of few hotels in Iceland that has an environmental recognition by the Nordic Swan Association and the first hotel in Iceland to be recognized in “Vakinn” a new quality and environmental control by the Icelandic Tourist Board.  Hotel Rauðaskriða is also one of few “Green Leaders” (Trip Advisor) in Iceland.

We now need to hire for the following positions:

Cleaning/Housekeeping: 

Daily cleaning and housekeeping of rooms.   6hrs a day 6 days of the week.  Part-time jobs are also an option. Applicants need to be 18 years or older, accurate and tidy.

Restaurant etc.:

Preparation and serving of breakfast and clean up afterwards. Assistance in kitchen and/or service in restaurant during dinner ( a la Carte) and clean up afterwards.  Housekeeping. Shift work.Applicants need to be tidy, accurate and non-smokers.  It´s important to have good control of English and/or other languages.  Experience is preferred.  Minimum age is 20.

General

Good salaries offered and food and accommodation according to an agreement.
