Aim of the position:

Assures adequate technical support to the entertainment activities, through the correct use of the technical sound equipment present on board and in accordance with the operating instructions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Guarantees technical support during the preparation and execution of the performances and shows in the theatre.
  • Supplies all equipment according to the requests and needs to support entertainment, planned activities for groups and artists.
  • Stores all the equipment in the lockers to guarantee conformity with the inventories in compliance with Company rules.
  • Is responsible for all the equipment and is careful with materials in use (batteries, CDs, cables) to prevent untimely deterioration.
  • Reports all problems and malfunctioning concerning equipment to the Entertainment Technical Manager, to provide a fast and effective solution.
  • Provides routine maintenance to guarantee the correct functioning of all equipment and supports external service suppliers in case of extraordinary maintenance.
  • Provides support in assembling and dismantling the required equipment to provide the timely execution of planned activities.
  • Provides technical support for sound management in lounges and swimming pools when requested to guarantee the execution of complex activities.
  • Submits requests to the Entertainment Technical Manager to get all the materials necessary for the implementation of the activities.
  • Takes an active part in a work environment that supports a successful safety culture and is a dynamic contributor in following safety policy and procedures.

Job Requirements:

  • Secondary school diploma
  • At least 1 year experience in Technical Services or Theatre
  • Excellent knowledge of sound techniques and equipment
  • Computer literate
  • Good knowledge of English (B2)
