The Adecco Group, the world’s leading provider of HR solutions, is looking for a professional for its partner in the following position: Service Administrator
Responsibilities:
• Handling Service Orders acc. To proven process in SAP
• Ensure that for all planned activities Work order and travelling arragements are performed time
• Ensure that all material are at site timely for planned maintenance event in coordination with Field Service Operations responsible
• Handle and prepare all needed time reports related to Field Service Engineer
• Perform all Billing activities
• Other admin tasks agreed with his/her direct leader
Requirements:
• Business Administration of Finance Degreewill be an asset
• Excellent command of English
• Minimum 3 years of administration experiences or customer service work experience in a multi-national company
• SAP experience; ERP system experience required
• Understanding of microsoft Office including demonstrated advanced Excel and Outlook skills
• Good organization an communication skills
• Servcice Minded and cooperating with other departments and colleagues (team player)
• Self driven, independent personality
