Do you have management experience and a technical understanding of moulds? Leading a strong team You will take on a key role in producing the LEGO Bricks by leading a team of 17 specialists that mature and optimise moulds. The LEGO Group continuously works on developing and strengthening our ability to be world leading within moulds, and you will help build the capabilities needed to create a new platform for developing moulds - and help us go global. A leader with a technical understanding/background You will be challenged on your ability to rally team members in our journey towards developing and optimising our processes. Moreover, your approach to managing specialists and understanding their mind-set and technical insight is key to your success. To facilitate this, you: Know how to make people understand their role in the value chain and understand their responsibility, probably gained through 3-years of working as a team leader Have technical understanding of how moulds are produced, matured and efficiently put into the manufacturing process, probably from a company where moulding is part of the production, e.g. the mould tool production industry, the moulding industry or the plastics industry May hold a technical background as e.g. a tool maker or an engineer - we are looking at your understanding of how to produce tools, in our case moulds Speak and write English and are a proficient user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ideally you know SAP and ARIS Join the global family of LEGO In the LEGO Group, we succeed together, and you will be part of a global family where you can use your creativity and enjoy a fun working environment.
