Senior Consultant in Operations Management and Strategy (m/f/d)
INEGI – Instituto de Ciência e Inovação em Engenharia Mecânica e Engenharia Industrial is a Technology and Innovation Centre (CTI) operating in the fields of research and technological innovation, technology transfer, consulting, and technical services.
As part of strengthening its Management Consulting and Industrial Engineering team, INEGI is looking for a Senior Consultant with experience in leading and developing consulting projects, capable of managing teams, driving value creation, and contributing to the growth of the area.
We work on strategic topics for industrial competitiveness, such as:
Operations, Logistics and Supply Chain, Strategy and Planning, Inventory Management, Industrial Organization and Layouts, Continuous Improvement and Lean, Operations Digitalization, Digital Transformation, Business Intelligence, and Circular Economy.
- Master’s degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering and Management, Mechanical, Electrical or related fields), Management, or Economics;
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in operations, strategy, or management consulting;
- Proven ability to coordinate teams and manage consulting projects;
- Critical thinking, analytical mindset, and results orientation;
- Commercial aptitude and enthusiasm for developing new business opportunities;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written.
