
Senior Commercial Manager - After Sales
Key Responsibilities
You will take responsibility for commercial processes in After Sales - depending on your specialist focus in one of the following areas:
Spare parts business:
- Evaluation and processing of customer inquiries regarding spare parts
- Preparation of quotations including pricing and calculation
- Checking complex tenders (national/international)
- Management of spare parts projects up to handover to the customer
- Consultation with customers on prices, contract content and deliveries
Repair business:
- Evaluation of repair and service requests (e.g. framework agreements, tenders)
- Preparation and processing of quotations for repair scopes
- Management of production group-related repair projects
- Communication with clients and internal departments
- Commercial processing including negotiations
- Completed commercial studies or training with relevant professional experience
- Experience in the after-sales area, ideally with a focus on spare parts or repairs
- Good knowledge of public pricing law, public procurement law, sales or work contract law
- Fluent German is required
